Calculating Your Nutrition Needs

No matter your goal, eating for your goals plays a huge role in the progress you will see. Most people think they will lose weight faster by eating as little as possible… but if you’ve ever tried that, you know that it works great for a few short days… until you are so hungry that you eat everything in site. And if you manage to make it longer, then you are usually just damaging your metabolism in the long run so that your body won’t know how to burn fat efficiently so in starts to store it instead.

Why not use food to your advantage?! You can eat more and still lose weight if you are making good choices. Knowing a rough estimate of where your caloric intake should be each day is the first step to creating a healthy lifestyle for yourself.
